Rental Terms
- Minimum rental period: 4 months
- Rental begins on installation
date
- Renewable upon mutual agreement
Payment
- Monthly invoices issued
- Payment due within 30 days
Delivery &
Installation
- Delivery and installation will
be carried out by Eco Deco (Pvt) Ltd
- Client must provide suitable
indoor display space
- Risk transfers upon delivery
Insurance (Mandatory)
Clients must ensure sculptures are
covered under property insurance including:
- Fire
- Theft
- Accidental damage
- Natural disasters
Use & Care Guidelines
- Indoor use only
- Avoid water, moisture, and
sunlight
- No modifications allowed
- Clean with dry soft cloth only
Damage & Liability
- Client responsible for any
damage or loss
- Repair costs deducted from
deposit
- Additional costs must be
settled within 7 days if exceeding deposit
Termination Policy
- 48-hour cancellation before
delivery: No charge
- 30-day notice required after
minimum term
- Early termination requires full
minimum payment
